Received a call earlier today, and they inquired if I was ????. I returned their question by asking who it was on the line, only for them to repeat the same query about my identity. Their tone shifted quite dramatically, and they abruptly ended the call. It seems like yet another case of someone trying to sidestep the Telephone Preference Service, if you ask me…

Even though I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service, this number has called me multiple times. I always let the answering machine pick up, but no one ever bothers to talk. I tried calling back, only to be greeted by a pre-recorded message. Quite the nuisance, really!
