I answered the phone and there was a long pause before anyone spoke. When a woman finally did, her English was really bad and she said she was calling from BT tech support. She claimed their systems showed a bunch of problems with my broadband recently, which I found odd since I work from home and haven't had any troubles. I told her that sounded interesting, and then she just hung up on me.
