A chap claimed to be contacting Jade on behalf of BT Openreach, supposedly to refresh their records so that BT customers could snag the best deals. To put it plainly, it sounded like a sales pitch. The moment we asked for his contact number, the line abruptly went silent after a brief pause. Quite peculiar, wouldn't you agree?

I received a call from someone claiming to be Jade from BT Openreach, saying they needed to update their records to make sure BT customers were getting the best deals. To put it simply, it was a marketing ploy. As soon as I asked for a callback number, the line went silent after a brief hold. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
