Got a call from someone saying they were with TalkTalk, wanting to fix my dodgy internet. I said I'd need a bit to plug it in and get it going - so I went and made myself a brew and had a look at the paper. Left them waiting on the phone for a while!

I got a call early on a Saturday, about 7.12am or so, from someone speaking English not very well. They claimed to be from BT and said there was an issue with our internet. Then they asked me to give all my details including our password, supposedly to verify my identity before explaining the issue. Sounded fishy to me!
