They sounded like they were from OFCOM at first and started asking about my internet and TV provider. But then they suddenly switched to questions about my car insurance and electricity company, which made me suspicious. I told them I thought they were calling on behalf of OFCOM and then ended the call. It felt really invasive. Normally, I don't share personal info with unknown callers, but I had a feeling they were gearing up to ask anyway. Definitely a misleading and pushy call. Watch out for these sorts of scams.
