This sounds really dodgy to me. Someone rang saying they were from the bank regulator and told me my account had been weirdly charged £300 from one place and £1000 from another. That’s rubbish though, nothing like that happened. They used an automated voice too. I wouldn’t trust it at all, best to steer clear!
