These scumbags from India use UK phone numbers, either rented or bought, and then ring people nonstop using VOIP. It’s clearly the same lot because they always bring up 'Sao Paulo' in their calls. If you dare call them back, they pretend to be something like ‘web solutions’ but the name changes every time. They keep pestering folks until they give up, but that doesn’t stop them from calling again. I’ve told them I don’t even have a website, yet this has been going on for 4 years! They just switch to another company name depending on whatever info they manage to pull off you.

Got an automated call about a supposed £749 debit card payment sent overseas. The guy on the line, sounded asian, claimed to be from Visa security and wanted my info. When I asked for his name and location, he just cut me off. Pretty obvious scam trying to fish for details, which I wasn’t about to give.
