I picked up but no one said anything so I just ended the call. The phone rang once more but this time I ignored it. Later, I called i471, then hit 3, a voice replied saying it was Moto Services and to enter the extension I wanted. I hung up again. When I tried dialing the initial number back, it wasn’t recognised. What’s all this about?

I picked up the call but there was silence, so I just ended it. When the phone rang once more, I ignored it. I then used 1471 to check the number, which was the same one again. I pressed 3 and heard it was supposedly Moto Services Doncaster, with instructions to dial an extension. My daughter works there, but I usually can’t reach her directly because of security policies. I tried calling the number back but it wasn’t recognised. What’s happening here? This definitely isn’t the real Moto phone number.
