I picked up but no one said anything so I just ended the call. The phone rang once more but this time I ignored it. Later, I called i471, then hit 3, a voice replied saying it was Moto Services and to enter the extension I wanted. I hung up again. When I tried dialing the initial number back, it wasn’t recognised. What’s all this about?

I picked up the phone, but there was complete silence on the other end before they abruptly disconnected. The phone went off again, but I chose not to respond this time. Curious, I dialled 1471 and the very same number appeared. I pressed the 3 button and was informed it was Moto Services in Doncaster, and they instructed me to enter the extension number I needed. My daughter works there, but I usually can’t get in touch with her due to security protocols. So, I attempted to return the call, yet the number wasn’t recognised at all. What is going on? This certainly isn’t the proper Moto contact number.
