I just received a rather dubious automated call! It claimed to be from Amazon and accused me of some sort of fraudulent activity linked to a pricey order on my account. Whatever you do, steer clear of pressing 1!

Got a dodgy call on my work phone, not sure where they got the number from. They started talking about being suspicious of something, but I hung up before they could say more. Total scam, I'd say.

When I get a call with no voicemail left and I don’t pick up, I just assume it’s not someone important. I really don’t wanna waste my time on calls like that, my time’s too precious for guessing games.

Got a call from a woman with an Indian accent claiming they'd charged me £79 for my Amazon Prime subscription renewal and that I needed to cancel by today. Honestly, nowadays the second I hear that accent on these kinds of calls, I just assume it’s a scam straight away. It’s really sad how common these calls have become.

Got a call from some automated voice claiming it was Amazon, saying they just added £1000 to my card and to press 1 to approve or 2 to speak to a ‘rep’. Something didn’t feel right at all, so I just ended the call straight away. Pretty obvious scam if you ask me.
