I picked up since it was a local number but all I got was an automated message from a woman saying there'd been two dodgy charges on my card, one from abroad. It told me to hit 1 if they were legit or 2 to talk to someone. I didn’t press anything and just waited, then the call ended on its own. This same number rang me a while back, so I blocked it, but obviously they can spoof any number they want. Honestly, these calls pretending to be from nearby are really frustrating.
