This looks like one of those train ticket scams, and it’s definitely not from St Austell, Cornwall. I’m from Cornwall myself and I can tell you, the person calling from this number isn’t based here or anywhere near where the number should be. The 01726 84 prefix is meant for a specific spot, but obviously whoever’s behind this scam hasn’t a clue about that.
