I got a call from someone claiming they were with "BT Openreach". I just replied with "Fraud Alert, who am I speaking to?" and then she hung up straight away. Makes you think why she ended the call so quick, huh?

Got another call today about my internet issues, that was the second one. The first lady wanted me to log into my PC, but I told her I don’t even have a computer, so how can there be a problem? Then she just ended the call. I only picked up because the number was from 01726, which is my area code. Honestly, why does BT or Openreach just not sort this out once and for all? It’s getting really frustrating.

Got a call from 0172661682 claiming to be from BT Openreach. They said there was a virus on my broadband and tried to get my details. When I asked where I was and who they were exactly, the woman on the line sounded really slow and hung up straight away. Honestly, it felt dodgey as anything. Don’t share your info with unknown callers pretending they know you! Gonna report this to the police. Looks like the number is from around St Austell in Cornwall. Watch out, folks!
