Got a call from someone claiming to be BT, but it was just some rude scammers from India. Absolutely awful experience!

I got a call from a bloke with a really thick Indian accent saying he was Jack Williams from BT. He told me my internet would be cut off for four days. When I tried to find out the reason, he just started rattling off a load of nonsense in a language I couldn’t understand and then ended the call on me.

It was just a quick "bye", nothing too bothersome but still kinda irritating. Not exactly harassment though.
