I ended up picking up this call by accident and right away, when I noticed a bit of a pause and some clicks, I figured it was going to be one of those. A really nice-sounding lady with an Asian accent told me I might be due a refund I hadn’t claimed. Honestly, I thought, when would I have sent something off for that? Nope, definitely not me. So yeah, I just cut the call there and then.

Honestly, I just avoid picking up unknown numbers altogether. If I'm curious, I look them up on Google first. And if some suspicious caller keeps ringing, I just block the number from my call list so they can't bother me again.
