Some bloke rang up saying there was a problem with my Openreach internet and asked me to look at the colour of the light on my router. I told him that our internet wasn’t even through Openreach, but he just wouldn’t get it and kept repeating himself. I let him blabber on for a bit, then when I stopped responding, he finally gave up and ended the call!
