I found it hilarious and called her a cheeky scammer. Just a heads up to everyone, watch out for this kind of nuisance.

Got a call earlier claiming to be from BT wanting to 'update my info and settings'. Pretty sure it was a scam. I said I'd check with the actual BT first, and the woman lost it, shouting "shut up" at me. She sounded really annoyed when I started laughing and called her a scammer. Just be careful out there, folks!
