Today I got a call from a number that looked like it was from my town. When I answered, there was that same automated voice saying my bank card had been charged £300 for some purchases. Usually I ignore calls from numbers I don't recognize, but I was waiting for a call from the nearby chemist, so I thought I’d answer this one just in case.
