Heads up, it’s definitely a scam. Got the same call twice today from a guy with an Indian accent claiming to be Winston from BT. When I asked him for my BT account number, he just dodged the question and said there’s an issue with my router or browser. The phone number he called from was fake - called it back and it wouldn’t go through at all. Watch out for this kinda trick!
