I received a call from this number at precisely 1:31 PM today. I was anticipating a call from someone, but they weren't sure of the area code from which they would ring me. Hence, I decided to return the call only to find out that the number is apparently non-existent. I'm really hoping we can put a lid on these irritating nuisance calls soon; it would be great if, rather than just pocketing the fines, some of that money could go to the recipients of these calls as well. I've heard of numerous tragic cases tied to these relentless calls, and I fear there will be more to come if nothing changes.
