8 yearsI got a call from someone saying they were with BT and offering me a discount on my calls. Funny thing is, they didn’t know how I pay my BT bill and guessed completely wrong. When I told them that a real BT rep would already have that info, the tone changed quick - the woman, speaking with an Indian accent, started getting really rude and even swore before ending the call. Pretty clear it was a scam. I enjoy wasting their time a bit, since it probably costs them and means they can’t scam someone else right away.
