Got a ring about my mortgage insurance, apparently it hadn't been checked in over a year. I kept replying with "oh yeah?" to everything the bloke was saying. He got all sarcastic real fast - clearly saw I wasn’t buying his story. Then he had the audacity to ask if I’d just woken up 'cause I wasn’t much chat, and then he just cut me off. What a plonker!
