ppi firms have no idea what they're doing. i’m slowly telling every single one i’ve got no ppi claims to make. why am i the one having to inform them? they should already have this info and not bother me. it’s not my job to teach them, and i don’t get anything for wasting my time talking to these annoying nuisance callers. been getting about three calls a week for two years now - it’s a total waste of my time!
