Got a call from 0172633875, some guy claiming he’s from my phone company. When I questioned which provider, he kinda fumbled his words. I ended up telling him off with a few choice words, then ended the call. The idiot actually called back, so I gave him another piece of my mind. Definitely a scammer, trying to get into your computer and steal your details. Avoid them for sure!

I recently had a rather perplexing encounter with LCS debt collectors representing Eon, who claim we owe them a sum for the past 18 months. It’s a bit rich, really, considering we were using a prepayment meter initially, which we later swapped out due to issues with it. Now, if they were aware of the faulty meter or if we genuinely hadn't kept up with our payments, why on earth did they wait a whole year to raise this? On top of that, they seem utterly confused about how we've ended up with this debt of £690. It’s quite the muddle, isn’t it?
