I got a call claiming to be from BT warning me my internet was about to be cut off and to press numbers to stop it. It definitely felt dodgy, so I just hung up straight away. Probably just trying to trick you into choosing an option. I don’t trust these kinds of calls at all and I avoid answering them whenever they pop up.
