They pick up with a "Thanks for calling, how can I help?" 😂🙄 and never actually say their name. Totally feels like a scam to me.

Some bloke rang me and used my full name, saying it was about my contract. He claimed he was calling from the main office, but the number showed up as a Scarborough one. Not sure if the head office is even based there.
