Got a call earlier at 2.27pm from someone claiming to be with BT, saying something’s wrong with my internet and it wasn’t private. I pretended to go along with it, and when she asked what gadgets I use, I told her I didn’t know. Then she suddenly lost it, shouted "leave me alone", and just slammed the phone down! Proper cheeky behaviour.
