Got a call from this number, some bloke named Tom saying he wanted to chat about loft insulation they supposedly put in under a government scheme. Told him I hadn’t had any work done and he just cut me off straight away. Had a look here on this site and loads of folks have had similar calls from "Tom" about loft insulation. Feels like it’s a dodgy scam to me.
