I got loads of calls, like seven, all from different numbers, from some automated voice saying my phone and internet would be disconnected in 24 hours. It’s totally a scam! I’m not even with BT. I rang my actual provider to check and they said it’s definitely a scam. Best to just hang up and don’t do what they say.
