A woman rang up, insisting she needed to chat with the managing director. She was rather tight-lipped about the reason for her call, simply stating they'd had a conversation previously. When I explained that I couldn't transfer her without some clue as to the subject matter, she mentioned she would drop an email and promptly hung up. Quite the peculiar interaction, if you ask me!
