Got a call from a number with a Salisbury area code. The caller claimed to be from the local council doing surveys about energy use nearby and asked if I wanted to join in. I said no thanks, not interested. Then he started probing why I wasn’t keen. I told him it’s my choice to say yes or no since he’s the one ringing me. After that, he just laughed and hung up. Feels a bit fishy, maybe a scam?
