I decided to ring this number again after receiving a call, only to discover they provide follow-up assistance since I'd been in a bit of an accident. Curiously, when I inquired about their website, the chap on the other end seemed a bit stumped and admitted he was quite new to the job. While we were chatting, I took a moment to look them up online, only to find that they appear entirely devoid of an actual website. He then went on to mention something about being intermediaries, which struck me as rather odd.
