I decided to call the number back and it turned out to be some sort of follow-up service since I’d apparently been in an accident. When I asked about their website, the bloke seemed clueless and said he’d only just started. While he was still on the line, I did a quick Google search and pointed out that there didn’t seem to be a website at all. He then explained that they were just middlemen or something like that.

Got a call from this firm named Follow Up Services, they went straight into that classic 'you've had an accident' line. Same old routine really.
