My partner picked up and they were asking for me, but I was busy at work. They said it was something to do with washing machine insurance, then just hung up. About 45 minutes later, they called back and my partner answered again. This time, the caller actually knew my name but insisted she’d spoken to me a few days earlier about a mortgage, which never happened. I’ve not gone back to them yet - bit unsure if I should bother or not.
