Someone called saying they’re from British Gas but I’m not convinced at all since there’s no British Gas branch around Salisbury. It just felt suspicious to me. Best to just hang up and get in touch with British Gas yourself.

I got a call from someone claiming to be British Gas, asking for the last 4 digits of my card. I just didn’t trust it and didn’t share anything. Honestly, best to just ignore these calls. Hopefully, no one falls for it and hands over their info.

Got a call from a bloke with an accent saying he was from British Gas wanting my security info to talk about my account. I asked a few questions and he just ended the call. I rang British Gas myself and they said the number wasn’t theirs. Then I used 1471 to check and found out it was marked as a dodgy call.

Got a call from this number on Saturday, 11th January 2014. They claimed to be from British Gas which seemed odd. When I checked, it turns out the number actually belongs to a car repair garage. Feels like it could be some sort of scam.
