Got a call from someone claiming to be Sky, said they had to get into my laptop for a bit to fix some dodgy activity on my internet. They couldn’t even say my name or my email, which felt off, so I just ended the call. Let Sky know about it straight away. Not sure if it’s a scam or just someone who’s not fully trained at Sky yet.
