Seems a bit dodgy, if you ask me. I spoke to a chap from India who was trying to convince me to accept a new router since mine was supposedly playing up. The funny thing is, I had only just had a fresh one installed by Open Reach! It's quite concerning, especially since he was calling from my own area code.
