I just received one of those automated calls claiming that money's soon to be deducted from my account. They pretended to be from Amazon, but when I reached out to Amazon directly, they clarified that it’s nothing to do with them at all. In my instance, they mentioned an amount of around £79. This is actually the second time this number has tried to reach me. Quite suspicious, isn’t it?

Got a robocall saying they’d be taking money from my bank soon. They claimed to be from Amazon, but I rang Amazon and they said it’s nothing to do with them. They mentioned about £79 or something. This number has called me twice now.
