Ich kann das absolut nachvollziehen. Seit einigen Tagen werde ich ständig mit Anrufen belästigt, und sobald ich abnehme, sind sie sofort weg. Ist es denn wirklich Vodafone, wie man vermutet? Wenn sie ein Angebot unterbreiten wollen, wieso beenden sie das Gespräch dann einfach? Das ergibt irgendwie keinen Sinn.

Ich hatte diese Nummer sowohl auf meinem Handy als auch auf meinem Festnetz am 19. August am Vormittag - jeweils einmal. Nachdem ich diese Webseite hier entdeckte, stieß ich auf ähnliche Nummern, insbesondere 017212190. Mir war sofort klar, dass es sich um Vodafone handeln könnte, und so wählte ich unter Stress die Nummer. Eine automatisierte Ansage sagte sofort: „Herzlich Willkommen bei Vodafone.“ Ganz ehrlich, das Ganze wird allmählich wirklich lästig.

Ich kann das nur bestätigen. Seit Tagen werde ich von Anrufen genervt, und kaum nehme ich den Hörer ab, wird sofort aufgelegt. Ist das wirklich von Vodafone? Wenn die tatsächlich ein Angebot unterbreiten möchten, wieso lassen sie mich dann einfach im Stich? Es macht keinen Sinn!

I’ve been hounded by this number for days now. I get about ten calls every single day, and as soon as I answer, they hang up. For goodness’ sake, enough of this nonsense, VODAFONE!

Die Nummer 01721219071 gehört zum DSL-Callcenter von Vodafone! Man sollte dort anrufen und sich aus dem Verteiler entfernen lassen. Falls erforderlich, kann man sogar mit einer Beschwerde drohen. Das funktioniert in der Regel, ist jedoch ärgerlich, da es viel Zeit in Anspruch nimmt.

Ich werde verrückt wegen dieser Nummer, die mich seit der vergangenen Woche ständig belästigt. Als ich schließlich ans Telefon gegangen bin, hat sich einfach niemand gemeldet, und nach etwa fünf Sekunden wurde die Verbindung gekappt. Das muss endlich ein Ende haben! Ist das wirklich das DSL-Callcenter von Vodafone, oder muss ich mir Sorgen machen?
