I'm facing the same predicament, to be honest. After several attempts-around five or so-I reached out to our service provider to discuss the situation. It turns out it's a marketing agency affiliated with Vodafone D2 here in Germany, and they were trying to notify us about a new deal. We've decided the best course of action is to have them removed from their marketing list, so they won't be allowed to contact us for promotional purposes anymore. It’s rather perplexing, isn’t it?

Our next step is to ensure they remove us from their marketing list, so we won’t receive any more unsolicited calls regarding promotions.
