Heute hatte ich ebenfalls einen Anruf und habe mich mit einem fröhlichen "Hallo" gemeldet, in der Annahme, es wäre jemand Bekanntes. Stattdessen hörte ich nur ein weibliches Kichern am anderen Ende der Leitung. Falls es tatsächlich Vodafone war, scheinen sie ja ihren Humor nicht verloren zu haben. Da können die Herren von der Telekom nur schwer mithalten, das kann ich mir gut vorstellen!

Das Einzige, was hier wirklich hilft, ist, die Vodafone-Hotline unter 1212 zu kontaktieren und mit einer Kündigung zu drohen, falls das Problem nicht unverzüglich behoben wird.
