Got a call from BT, some recorded voice claiming my internet had been hacked. Total scam!

Somebody rang claiming to be from BT saying my internet would be cut off unless I pressed 1 to get details. I didn't fall for it and just ended the call. I’ve added their number to my blocked list now. This is the third time I’ve had one of these calls in the last few days, and each time I block the number.
