I received a call on my Dutch home phone from someone saying they were with KPN, the telecom company here. They were trying to tell me my router had issues, but the dude spoke English with a heavy Indian accent, which seemed really odd for a local provider. Definitely felt like a cheap scam, couldn't have been more obvious.
