I tried calling the number back, but they told me it’s not actually being used. So if you’ve got a call from this number, I’d say it’s likely some kind of scam!

My 95-year-old mum got a call from this number, claiming there were strange charges on her account. They told her to press 1 if she wanted to cancel the charges. After that, she was left hanging, no one saying what to do next, which really stressed her out. I’m definitely going to report them to Action Fraud.
