Just received a dodgy call from an Indian number claiming to be with N Power. Total scam!

I received a call from something about a meter registration board, and as soon as they mentioned it, the line went dead. Quite baffling, really!

I’ve been inundated with dodgy calls from a rather suspiciously named firm.

I requested to have a word with the owner of the establishment. When they questioned my identity, I confirmed that I was indeed the owner, but I had no interest in discussing meter readings. Suddenly, they ended the call without any further ado.

I received a call from this number at work, right at the reception. They wanted to chat with the 'business owner'. I mentioned that we're an Italian firm and that the 'owner' would indeed be present, but they just cut the conversation and hung up. Naturally, I thought I’d give them a ring back since it’s rather rude to hang up without a word! However, as soon as I called, they answered and promptly disconnected again. Quite shady behaviour, if you ask me!
