I picked up the phone and could hear some clicking noises in the background for a few seconds before a bloke said "hello." I’m pretty wary of those kinds of sounds, so I didn’t really respond. The caller kept saying "hello" a few times, then just ended the call. I checked the number using 1471, but the person never said who they were or why they were ringing.

Got a missed call earlier and when I tried ringing back, the call just wouldn’t connect. Quite strange really.

As soon as I answered the phone the caller hung up straight away, then an automated voice said "Goodbye". I attempted to ring the number back but got a message saying the number couldn't be reached. I've since reported this to OFCOM.
