We didn’t quite catch the company’s name during the call, and when we tried ringing the number back, we were greeted by an automated message saying we were contacted on behalf of “beat that quote.” To be honest, that doesn’t even remotely resemble the name of the person who called us. Strangely, they referred to us by our name. These individuals claimed we had previously expressed interest in a re-mortgage through one of their websites a while back. It all felt rather like they were fishing for business.
