Somebody rang me saying they were from BT and then handed me over to a senior tech. They basically repeated what the first person said, mentioning there were some error reports linked to my internet. They asked me to use my computer so they could fix it. The whole time their English was quite hard to follow and sounded a bit broken.

I got a call from someone saying she was with BT, sounded like she had an Asian accent, and she was telling me our internet was running really slow. I've had calls like this pop up before, so I just told her to send something in writing about the issue. Pretty sure I won't be seeing that report anytime soon, if at all.
