I explained that we had chosen to go with a different company. His only response was a curt "right" before he abruptly ended the call. On the second occasion, the gentleman presented a rather enticing offer of £200 off any window we might consider replacing. We informed him that we didn't actually need any more windows, to which he replied that he would take us off 'his list'.
