Got a call from someone claiming to be with safestyle, asking about our fitting appointment. I told him we never had any dealings with them. He snapped at me asking why straight away. I answered we chose another company instead... and then he just went quiet and hung up. Properly rude behaviour.

kept ringing non stop, but as soon as I picked up, nobody said a word. had to block the number.

They keep ringing my phone but always seem to drop the call after around 3 or 4 rings.

Got a call from a bloke named John who said he was with Safestyle, asking if I was thinking about getting any more work done soon. He was ringing from a Rotherham landline though, so I’m not sure he was legit. Seems a bit dodgy to me.

When I picked up, there was silence on the line and then they just ended the call.

I picked up, but there was nothing but quiet, then the call just ended.

Got two calls from this guy. First time he said he was from Safestyle windows, checking if our installation was alright and if anything needed fixing. He even booked a visit to swap out the sealant on one of our windows. But when I phoned Safestyle directly, they said they’d never heard of such an appointment. Next call, he tried offering us £200 off any window replacement. We told him we didn’t need anything done, and then he said he’d take us off 'his list'. Bit strange if you ask me.
