Got a call from a cold caller who never left a voicemail, but then they rang back again later. Proper annoying!

I picked up the phone but it was just silence on the other end.

Some bloke rang me saying he was from TalkTalk and that there was a tech issue with my service. Seemed fishy right away. So I tried calling him back, but the number was dead, not even connected. Definitely a scam if you ask me.
