Got a call from someone with a foreign accent saying my computer had harmful folders and I should check them out. He claimed he wasn’t trying to sell me anything, which seemed a bit sus to me. Instead of hanging up or being rude like I usually do, I played along just to waste his time. Managed to get an address from him, and quick Google search showed it was definitely a scam. I never bother with surveys or anything like that. Honestly, these scammers need to be stopped, they’re getting way too pushy and it’s dangerous for folks who don’t know any better!

Some bloke called up saying there was something wrong with my computer... which there isn’t at all.

Some bloke phoned me saying he was a tech whizz ready to sort out a made-up download issue on my computer. Next thing you know, he locks you out of your own device and demands money to let you in again. Watch out, folks! Keep your wits about you. Cheers, Tim N.

Im thinking of ditching my landline, way too many annoying calls. If the phone company can’t fix this mess, whats the point in keeping it?

This number rang me up earlier today and when I answered, there was dead silence for a bit. Then suddenly the person said “hello”, so I asked who it was. After that it went quiet again and then they just hung up. Honestly, whats wrong with some people these days?

Got a call from this number and some bloke called Ian said he was with my internet provider. He mentioned a guy called John, his boss, who apparently asked him to ring me up because my computer was at risk or something. I just said I ain't got a computer and hung up straight away.

Scammers pretending to be tech support from Pakistan, do not answer or let them connect to your computer. Just block the number straight away!

Got a call from them today, same nonsense about me downloading stuff all over. I said I’m already with another firm who sorts my computer out, but the bloke kept going on and on. In the end, I just said I’d ring my provider myself.
These calls aren’t new to me, and they always come across really pushy and rude.

So, I got a call and the person on the other end was telling me to input loads of stuff into my computer. I pretended I was doing what they said, but I quickly looked up their number online and found out they were trying to hack into my laptop. I told them to get lost right away - total scammer.
