What a thoroughly unpleasant experience with this telemarketing bunch in Rotherham! I rang them multiple times, and each time I was met with a rather abrupt young lady who promptly hung up on me. After what felt like an eternity, she finally deigned to answer my call, only to apologise and say, "Oh, we assumed when we called that you were also a telecom company." To put it bluntly, it was absolutely dreadful!
